These facilitated sessions are held consistently at critical intervals throughout the year. Dan’s Proven Process starts with 5-6 full day sessions in year one. And “Accelerator” sessions can be added to focus on specific areas as needed. Some examples of these Accelerator sessions include Sales Summit, Strategy Deep Dive, and Emerging Leaders Training. Dan also provides support and guidance to leaders between sessions to keep everyone on track and moving in the same direction.
